Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Ezynexus collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers this website (ezynexus.com) and our software, including Order Automation. If you have a question, write to team@ezynexus.com.
Who we are
Ezynexus is a product of PRETA (GSTIN 27DNKPS1555Q1Z2). Ezynexus builds AI-driven software for businesses in India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ezynexus. A "client" is a business that uses our software. A client's "customers" are the people who send that business orders, for example on WhatsApp.
On this website
When you send us an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, your business name, your phone number or email, what you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time it was sent and the internet address it came from, so we can stop spam and misuse.
We use this only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load anything from other companies' servers.
In our software
When a client uses Order Automation, the software handles information about the client's customers and staff so that orders can be taken, checked and sent to the client's ERP. This can include:
- names, business names and WhatsApp phone numbers;
- order details, messages, design photos, voice notes and files the customer sends;
- staff login names, and records of who did what on an order.
The client decides why and how their customers' information is used. We process it on the client's behalf and only to provide the service to that client. Each client has its own separate system and database; one client cannot see another client's information.
Services we use
We use a small number of trusted companies to run the software. Each receives only what it needs for its task:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to send and receive WhatsApp messages and login codes.
- Google (Gemini), to read design photos, typed orders and voice-note transcripts and suggest order details. A person on the client's team checks these before an order is confirmed.
- Sarvam AI, to turn voice notes into text.
- 2Factor, to send one-time login codes by SMS.
- Hostinger, which provides the servers that run our software and this website, and our email.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep website enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for no more than two years. In our software, a client's information is kept while the client uses the service and is deleted or returned when the client asks or the service ends. Backups are made every night and are kept for 14 days.
How we protect it
All connections to our website and software are encrypted (https). Passwords are stored in a scrambled form that cannot be read back. Each client's data is kept apart, access is limited to the people who need it, and our servers accept connections only through the website's secure front door.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to team@ezynexus.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can also ask that business directly.
Children
Our website and software are made for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also tell our clients directly.
